Join us for the Darwin Plus, South Georgia Heritage Trust-Friends of South Georgia Island-supported Hungry Humpbacks Project Wrap-up workshop on September 24, 2026! This session will bring together researchers, conservationists, and stakeholders to review the project’s findings and look to the future.
We’ll be discussing:
- Key observations and data collected
- Advances in our understanding of humpback whale krill consumption
- Humpback demography in Brazil and South Georgia.
- Future research directions and legacy strategies
