I am a PhD student based at the University of Cambridge (Department of Zoology) and BAS. My project focusses on the role of habitat availability and preference in explaining the occurrence and abundance of albatross and petrel species in the Southern Ocean.

The overall objective of this project is to link habitat preference, at-sea activity patterns and detections from novel bird-borne radars to quantify interactions of tracked wandering albatrosses with legal and IUU fishing vessels.
