I am an Ecological Risk Assessor at the British Antarctic Survey. I have a PhD in Oceanography with a focus on marine chemistry. I have over 20 years of experience in research, providing scientific advice, project design and development, and fisheries management. Prior to working for BAS I worked for the Northwest Indian Fisheries Commission supporting the Native American Tribes in the NW USA on fisheries management and challenges they faced related to to marine climate change.

Research interests

My research interests are focused around marine climate change and how best to provide sound advice and information to policy makers.
