Palaeo Ice Sheet Modeller
Research interests
As a palaeo ice sheet modeller, I aim to bridge the gap between in-situ and numerical model results, using geological records (e.g., cosmogenic-nuclide dating, sediment/ice-core proxies) and ice sheet modelling in a combined approach. Observations are used to reconstruct past climate forcings and constrain model simulations, and model simulations are in turn used to better interpret the results obtained from geological records, including the potential drivers of ice sheet changes over long time scales.
