I manage the station operations team which comprises the Deputy Station Operations Manager, Station Leaders, Station Logistics Manager, Project Support Coordinator and the Move Manager. Together we plan and deliver annual seasons at Rothera Research Station to enable polar science, while collaborating closely with project managers and delivery partners on infrastructure modernisation.
