Biography
Geraldine joined the Human Resources team in July 2018 to champion equality, diversity and inclusion and to assist with a number of projects including gender equality and wellbeing.
Her role includes the collation and analysis of equality data, reviewing current practices, and identifying further opportunities for employee support.
Prior to joining BAS Geraldine worked for other public bodies primarily in the environmental sector. She is a Time to Change Champion and member of a number of equality networks campaigning for improved mental health services, greater inclusion and better workplace support for all.
