Research interests
My main research interests are in the functioning of zooplankton within the marine ecosystems, specifically the Southern Ocean. Currently, my research focuses on the distribution of Antarctic krill within the Southern Ocean. Much of my research employs the use of both mapping and modelling to further understand species distributions. At BAS I am working with Sophie Fielding, Phil Trathan and Vicky Warrick-Evans to help create an ecologically relevant risk assessment for the Scotia Sea.
