The International Thwaites Glacier Collaboration unites global scientists to study Antarctica’s most vulnerable glacier, predict sea-level rise, and inform climate action worldwide.
Emily is a Senior Communications and Engagement Manager. She manages science communication and engagement projects, activities and campaigns for British Antarctic Survey. In particular, she plays a key role in working with the media to share polar research with a range of audiences, and leads editorial planning for the team.
She has more than a decade of communications and engagement expertise from local government, NGOs and the not-for-profit sector, and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Science Communication from the University of Cambridge.
