Zoological Field Assistant
I’m a zoological field assistant based at the Bird Island Research Station. My roles concentrates on the four species of albatross which breed here, those being wandering, grey-headed, black-browed and light-mantled sooty, with my work focusing on their population dynamics, breeding success and feeding ecology. As well as continuing the long term science program, I also undertake unique research projects for BAS and work on collaborative projects with external researchers.
